1. 60-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 60-day return window, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

We do not charge any restocking fees.

1-Year Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty applies to faults caused by the manufacturing process, materials, or workmanship under normal use. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@heitz.shop with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After review, we may offer a suitable solution such as a replacement part, replacement item, store credit, or refund where applicable.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, modifications, improper cleaning, power surges, or repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party.
Warranty claims are handled separately from standard change-of-mind returns. For defects reported within the first 30 days of delivery, your request may be handled under our standard returns and refunds process.
Item Never Arrived
If your order does not arrive:
- Submit a claim at least 14 business days after the expected delivery date
- We will investigate with the courier
If confirmed lost, you may choose a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
For USA Customers
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled
If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may return it under our 60-day return policy.
For UK Customers
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
