We currently ship to customers in the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

All orders are fulfilled through our international warehouse network (primarily based in Asia) and shipped to the USA using fully tracked, expedited delivery services.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed before 17:00 (EST) are typically processed the same or next business day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

All delivery costs are already included in the product price. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, unless clearly stated otherwise.

We offer delivery to customers in both the United States (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Most orders arrive within this timeframe. However, in rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to factors such as courier delays or high-demand periods.

    Shipping (transit) time: 5–7 business days
    Estimated total delivery time: 5–10 business days

Most UK orders are delivered within this timeframe.

5. Carrier Services

Deliveries within the United States (USA) are handled by USPS, UPS, DHL, or equivalent trusted carriers.

Deliveries within the United Kingdom (UK) are handled by Royal Mail or equivalent trusted couriers (such as Evri (Hermes), Yodel, or Relay), once the shipment arrives in the UK.

All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery, allowing you to monitor your order every step of the way.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
  • You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch

 7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues

All prices include applicable taxes where required.

United States (USA)
For orders shipped within the United States, no additional customs duties or import charges are typically required.

United Kingdom (UK)
In most cases, no additional charges are due upon delivery. However, depending on UK customs regulations, some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Missing or Lost Packages
