Lighting Character
Light directed toward your seat
The metal shade aims the bulb light toward a nearby reading area. Position it to reduce direct view of the bulb from your usual seat. Light colour and brightness depend on the fitted bulb.
Placement Inspiration
Settle into a comfortable reading corner
Plan the lamp around your furniture, socket position and the space needed for the shade and base.
Set beside a reading chair and aim the shade toward the book.
Use in a dry reading corner clear of bedding and curtains.
Add local light beside a lounge chair or occasional seat.
Room scenes show styling possibilities. Each lamp or wall light is sold individually in the selected configuration.
Installation
Assemble and position your lamp
Assemble the stem and base while unplugged, supporting the 6 kg lamp securely. Fit the shade and included bulb as instructed. Position on a level floor, aim the shade without forcing the joint, and keep the cord outside the walkway.
Care
Care for the materials
Unplug and allow the light source to cool. Dust with a soft, dry cloth while supporting delicate parts. Avoid abrasives, solvents and excess moisture.

Bedroom
Common Questions
Combine a soft ceiling light with bedside lamps or wall sconces and optional accent lighting. This provides general illumination when needed while allowing a calmer, lower level of light before sleep.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a comfortable and restful atmosphere. Cooler light can be useful at a dressing area or desk, but may feel less relaxing near the bed.
Yes. Wall sconces free up bedside-table space and can provide focused reading or ambient light. Adjustable designs are helpful for reading, while diffused shades create a softer glow.
The ideal height depends on the bed, mattress and fitting. Position the light so it is easy to reach and illuminates the reading area without shining directly into your eyes. Confirm the final position while seated in bed.
Dimming is useful for transitioning from brighter dressing or cleaning light to softer evening illumination. Confirm that the selected fitting, driver or bulb is dimmable and compatible with the chosen control.
A flush or semi-flush fitting keeps the room feeling open and preserves headroom. Check the total drop as well as the diameter to ensure the light suits the room and does not interfere with doors or wardrobes.
Yes. Ceiling lights, pendants and hardwired sconces should be installed by a qualified electrician, who can confirm safe wiring, wall or ceiling support, earthing and dimmer compatibility.
