Design & Materials
Traditional detail with a clean architectural outline
The elongated glass enclosure has a defined rectangular outline. A curved upper detail and lower support bracket soften that geometry, giving BronzeAura a recognisable profile in daylight as well as after dark.
Die-cast aluminium and iron form the frame, finished in coffee bronze. Clear glazing keeps the enclosure visually open, while the dark metalwork pairs naturally with textured masonry, pale render and timber doors.

BronzeAura measures 60 cm high and 28 cm wide, with a 16.5 cm projection from the wall. Check the full height of the decorative outline beside your door and allow clearance for the projecting body, door movement and passing space. The illustrated size chart shows the overall fixture measurements.

Outdoor Performance
IP65 protection for exterior use
BronzeAura carries an IP65 rating for protection against dust ingress and water jets. It is intended for outdoor wall placement at entrances, verandas, patios and exterior passages. The rating does not establish marine-grade or coastal corrosion resistance.
Installation
Plan the position and mains connection
This mains-powered lantern operates on 110–240V and is designed for hardwired, vertical wall installation. Check the mounting surface and the available height, width and projection before positioning the fitting.
Have a suitably qualified electrician complete the installation and weather-protected electrical connection in accordance with local requirements. Confirm bulb fitting, wattage and dimming compatibility before purchasing bulbs or controls.
Care
Keep the finish and clear glass looking their best
Switch off the power before cleaning. Wipe the frame and glass panels with a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners.

Heitz’s 1-year warranty policy provides 12 months of coverage from delivery for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to its installation scope and exclusions. Please confirm outdoor-installation coverage with support@heitz.shop before relying on that cover for this fitting.
To request help with a fault, email your order number, a short description and clear photos or a video. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by the warranty.

Front Door & Porch Lights
Common Questions
Wall lights are ideal beside a front door or on a porch with limited ceiling height. A hanging pendant creates a stronger focal point beneath a covered porch with sufficient overhead clearance. Consider the available mounting point, door swing and walking space before choosing.
Choose a fitting that feels proportional to the door and surrounding wall. A compact lantern suits a narrow entrance, while a larger wall light or pendant can balance a wide doorway or taller porch. Check the full height, width and projection shown on each product page before ordering.
Porch wall lights are commonly positioned with the centre of the fitting around eye level, approximately 165–180 cm above the ground. For a pair, keep both lights at the same height. Your installer can adjust the position to suit the door, steps and proportions of the entrance.
The right IP rating depends on exposure. A fitting beneath a fully covered porch may require less protection than one mounted where wind-driven rain can reach it. Check the IP rating and outdoor-use guidance on the individual product page, and choose a higher level of protection for exposed entrances.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a soft and welcoming feel around a front door. Cooler light can appear brighter and more functional, but may feel less relaxed. Always confirm the colour-temperature option available for the selected fitting.
Yes. A motion-sensor light can illuminate the entrance automatically when someone approaches, making it easier to find keys and improving visibility for visitors. If you want the porch illuminated continuously in the evening, choose a non-sensor model or check whether the sensor settings can be adjusted.
Most hardwired wall and hanging porch lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. They can confirm that the wiring, mounting point, ceiling support where required, earthing and weatherproof seals are suitable for safe outdoor use.
