Carvello | Sculptural Marble Table Lamp with a Curved Metal Shade
HEITZ / Indoor table lighting
Natural marble beneath a curved canopy
Carvello is a sculptural marble table lamp with a curved glazed-metal shade and a white Carrara marble base. The rounded top gives the design a broad, balanced outline, while the stone brings individual markings to each lamp. Choose Black, White or Green in two sizes for a console, living room side table or spacious bedside.
Natural stone markings give each base its own appearance.
A smooth canopy creates the lamp’s broad upper outline.
Choose a compact or larger table-lamp scale.
Black, white and green offer different contrasts with the marble.

The white marble base brings natural variation to the otherwise clean geometry.
The glazed metal shade and glass lighting element balance the vertical base with a rounded horizontal shape.

Lighting Character
Light shaped around the marble base
The curved shade frames the light around the base and surrounding surface. Brightness and colour temperature depend on the fitted bulb.
Placement Inspiration
Let the stone and curved shade stand out
Choose the 28 cm diameter for a smaller surface or the 40 cm version for a wider console. Allow clearance around the shade and the items beside it.
Show the marble against a quiet wall or simple artwork.
Choose the smaller version where surface space is limited.
Allow room for the shade and everyday bedside items.
Installation
Prepare your lamp for use
Place on a stable, level surface. Complete any supplied assembly instructions before connecting power, select the appropriate regional plug and keep the cord clear of walkways. Match the electrical rating on the supplied lamp and light source to the local supply.
Care
Care for the materials
Unplug before cleaning. Dust with a soft cloth; wipe marble gently and dry it promptly. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners and do not let liquid enter the fittings.

Bedroom
Common Questions
Combine a soft ceiling light with bedside lamps or wall sconces and optional accent lighting. This provides general illumination when needed while allowing a calmer, lower level of light before sleep.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a comfortable and restful atmosphere. Cooler light can be useful at a dressing area or desk, but may feel less relaxing near the bed.
Yes. Wall sconces free up bedside-table space and can provide focused reading or ambient light. Adjustable designs are helpful for reading, while diffused shades create a softer glow.
The ideal height depends on the bed, mattress and fitting. Position the light so it is easy to reach and illuminates the reading area without shining directly into your eyes. Confirm the final position while seated in bed.
Dimming is useful for transitioning from brighter dressing or cleaning light to softer evening illumination. Confirm that the selected fitting, driver or bulb is dimmable and compatible with the chosen control.
A flush or semi-flush fitting keeps the room feeling open and preserves headroom. Check the total drop as well as the diameter to ensure the light suits the room and does not interfere with doors or wardrobes.
Yes. Ceiling lights, pendants and hardwired sconces should be installed by a qualified electrician, who can confirm safe wiring, wall or ceiling support, earthing and dimmer compatibility.
