Shizora | Serene Modern Outdoor Pendant Light with Warm 3000K LED, Aluminium & PE Shade, IP65
Outdoor Pendant Lighting
Create a quiet pool of light for the evening
Bring a calmer mood to your patio with Shizora. Its Japanese-inspired lantern shape pairs a simple aluminium structure with a softly diffusing PE shade. Warm 3000K LED light makes it a gentle decorative layer beside planting, timber and understated outdoor furniture, with two compact sizes to suit the setting.
Design & Materials
Less ornament, more atmosphere
The rounded lantern form brings visual softness to modern rooflines and simple pergola structures. Its restrained design suits a space where the landscaping and materials are as important as the light fitting.
Aluminium forms the structure while the PE shade softens the illuminated appearance. The combination gives Shizora a contemporary expression inspired by the simplicity of traditional Japanese lanterns.

Specifications & what's included
Lighting Character
Warm light for a slower evening
Shizora uses a 4W LED light source at 3000K, with a stated light output of 120 lumens. This makes it a decorative ambient layer around outdoor seating and planting. Use additional lighting where you need stronger illumination for tasks or circulation. The LED light source is included.
Placement Inspiration
Let the surrounding materials share the spotlight
Place Shizora near timber, textured paving or greenery for an understated outdoor composition. The simple lantern outline works as a single feature or as a repeated design across a seating area.
Each purchase includes one pendant. Order the quantity needed if your layout uses more than one.
Outdoor Performance
IP65 protection for outdoor settings
Shizora is rated IP65 for protection against dust ingress and water jets. This supports outdoor use around patios, gardens and entrances when correctly installed. Its aluminium and PE construction combines a defined structure with a soft lantern appearance.
Installation
Plan the hanging position before fitting
Shizora uses a hardwired AC 110–240V mains connection and a suitable ceiling mounting point. Plan the suspension position around the fixture dimensions and comfortable clearance beneath it. Check that doors, furniture and nearby circulation areas remain clear.
Installation by a qualified electrician. Have the fitting installed in accordance with local electrical requirements.
Care
Keep the materials looking their best
Switch off the power before cleaning. Wipe the aluminium and PE surfaces gently with a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners.

Front Door & Porch Lights
Common Questions
Wall lights are ideal beside a front door or on a porch with limited ceiling height. A hanging pendant creates a stronger focal point beneath a covered porch with sufficient overhead clearance. Consider the available mounting point, door swing and walking space before choosing.
Choose a fitting that feels proportional to the door and surrounding wall. A compact lantern suits a narrow entrance, while a larger wall light or pendant can balance a wide doorway or taller porch. Check the full height, width and projection shown on each product page before ordering.
Porch wall lights are commonly positioned with the centre of the fitting around eye level, approximately 165–180 cm above the ground. For a pair, keep both lights at the same height. Your installer can adjust the position to suit the door, steps and proportions of the entrance.
The right IP rating depends on exposure. A fitting beneath a fully covered porch may require less protection than one mounted where wind-driven rain can reach it. Check the IP rating and outdoor-use guidance on the individual product page, and choose a higher level of protection for exposed entrances.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a soft and welcoming feel around a front door. Cooler light can appear brighter and more functional, but may feel less relaxed. Always confirm the colour-temperature option available for the selected fitting.
Yes. A motion-sensor light can illuminate the entrance automatically when someone approaches, making it easier to find keys and improving visibility for visitors. If you want the porch illuminated continuously in the evening, choose a non-sensor model or check whether the sensor settings can be adjusted.
Most hardwired wall and hanging porch lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. They can confirm that the wiring, mounting point, ceiling support where required, earthing and weatherproof seals are suitable for safe outdoor use.
