Wavelle | Sculptural Bedside Lamp with a Wavy Linen Shade
HEITZ / Indoor table lighting
A softer shape for the bedside
Wavelle is a sculptural bedside lamp with a wavy linen shade and a rounded wooden base. Its low, flowing profile brings fabric texture to a bedroom or living room side table, with Walnut Colour and Black base options to suit the surrounding furniture. The 38 cm shade makes a generous shape above the compact 32 cm height, so allow enough surface space for its full outline.
A gently shaped edge gives the lamp its flowing outline.
The rounded body provides a contrasting solid form.
Choose walnut colour or black with the linen-colour shade.
The 32 cm height suits low tables and bedside arrangements.
Design & Materials
Draped linen above a rounded wooden base
The shaped linen shade introduces movement and texture without a tall profile.
The wooden base balances the shade, with two finishes for warmer or more graphic interiors.

Lighting Character
A soft visual layer around the light
The linen shade adds a soft visual layer to the light. Use it as an accent alongside other room lighting; the supplied bulb determines brightness and colour temperature.
Placement Inspiration
Bring linen texture to lower surfaces
Check the 38 cm shade diameter against the depth and width of your table. A lower console or bedside gives the wave-shaped edge space to be seen.
Check the 38 cm shade width against the bedside surface.
Let the wave-shaped edge sit below neighbouring artwork.
Pair the rounded base with a small group of simple objects.
Installation
Prepare your lamp for use
Place on a stable, level surface. Complete any supplied assembly instructions before connecting power, select the appropriate regional plug and keep the cord clear of walkways. Match the electrical rating on the supplied lamp and light source to the local supply.
Care
Care for the materials
Unplug and cool before cleaning. Dust the linen with a soft brush, and wipe the wooden base with a dry cloth. Avoid moisture, rubbing and pressure on the shaped shade.

Bedroom
Common Questions
Combine a soft ceiling light with bedside lamps or wall sconces and optional accent lighting. This provides general illumination when needed while allowing a calmer, lower level of light before sleep.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a comfortable and restful atmosphere. Cooler light can be useful at a dressing area or desk, but may feel less relaxing near the bed.
Yes. Wall sconces free up bedside-table space and can provide focused reading or ambient light. Adjustable designs are helpful for reading, while diffused shades create a softer glow.
The ideal height depends on the bed, mattress and fitting. Position the light so it is easy to reach and illuminates the reading area without shining directly into your eyes. Confirm the final position while seated in bed.
Dimming is useful for transitioning from brighter dressing or cleaning light to softer evening illumination. Confirm that the selected fitting, driver or bulb is dimmable and compatible with the chosen control.
A flush or semi-flush fitting keeps the room feeling open and preserves headroom. Check the total drop as well as the diameter to ensure the light suits the room and does not interfere with doors or wardrobes.
Yes. Ceiling lights, pendants and hardwired sconces should be installed by a qualified electrician, who can confirm safe wiring, wall or ceiling support, earthing and dimmer compatibility.
