Bronzelle | Grand Traditional Outdoor Wall Lantern with Clear Glass, Antique Bronze Finish & IP65
HEITZ / OUTDOOR WALL LIGHTING
Give a generous entrance an equally generous lantern
Bronzelle is designed for a doorway where a small fitting would disappear. Its 78 cm height, ornate frame and brushed antique bronze finish create a substantial traditional feature. Clear glass keeps the lantern visually open, while three light-colour choices let you shape the evening atmosphere.
Design & Materials
Details that define Bronzelle
Iron and galvanised sheet form the lantern’s detailed structure. The brushed antique bronze finish highlights its traditional silhouette against simpler exterior surfaces.
The panels reveal the included bulb rather than hiding it behind an opaque shade. This gives the lantern a clear, open appearance within the decorative frame.

Lighting Character
Choose the atmosphere for your exterior
Warm 3000K complements the bronze finish with a softer evening tone. Neutral 4500K offers a more balanced appearance, while Cool 6000K gives a crisper light. Select the required option when ordering a single lantern or a matching pair.
Placement Inspiration
Make the light part of the setting
Give Bronzelle room around its scrollwork and lower tip. It pairs naturally with broad doors, tall porch columns and traditional brick or stone elevations where its larger proportions can remain in balance.
Each purchase includes one fitting. Order the quantity needed for a pair or repeated arrangement.
Outdoor Performance
An exterior fitting with a considered installation
Bronzelle has an IP65 rating for outdoor use. Choose a suitable wall position and have the mounting and connections completed according to the supplied instructions. Keep the enclosure intact and the fitting accessible for routine care.
Installation
Plan the position before fitting
Measure the 78 cm height, 38 cm width and 28 cm depth against the proposed position. Allow clearance for doors, trim and passing access. Bronzelle requires a suitable vertical wall mounting point and a hardwired AC 110–240V connection.
Have mains electrical work completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local requirements.
Care
Keep the finish and light surfaces clear
Switch off the light and isolate its power supply as instructed before cleaning. Use a soft, dry or lightly dampened cloth on the frame and shade, and let surfaces dry fully. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners.

Front Door & Porch Lights
Common Questions
Wall lights are ideal beside a front door or on a porch with limited ceiling height. A hanging pendant creates a stronger focal point beneath a covered porch with sufficient overhead clearance. Consider the available mounting point, door swing and walking space before choosing.
Choose a fitting that feels proportional to the door and surrounding wall. A compact lantern suits a narrow entrance, while a larger wall light or pendant can balance a wide doorway or taller porch. Check the full height, width and projection shown on each product page before ordering.
Porch wall lights are commonly positioned with the centre of the fitting around eye level, approximately 165–180 cm above the ground. For a pair, keep both lights at the same height. Your installer can adjust the position to suit the door, steps and proportions of the entrance.
The right IP rating depends on exposure. A fitting beneath a fully covered porch may require less protection than one mounted where wind-driven rain can reach it. Check the IP rating and outdoor-use guidance on the individual product page, and choose a higher level of protection for exposed entrances.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a soft and welcoming feel around a front door. Cooler light can appear brighter and more functional, but may feel less relaxed. Always confirm the colour-temperature option available for the selected fitting.
Yes. A motion-sensor light can illuminate the entrance automatically when someone approaches, making it easier to find keys and improving visibility for visitors. If you want the porch illuminated continuously in the evening, choose a non-sensor model or check whether the sensor settings can be adjusted.
Most hardwired wall and hanging porch lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. They can confirm that the wiring, mounting point, ceiling support where required, earthing and weatherproof seals are suitable for safe outdoor use.
