Vetrisse | Glass Leaf Chandelier with Brass Detail for an Inviting Dining Room
HEITZ / Indoor ceiling lighting
Glass leaves with a warm metallic frame
Vetrisse surrounds its light sources with hand-formed glass leaves, creating a textured centrepiece for a dining room or entrance. A brass frame supports the layered glass in four round and two linear compositions. Choose Amber for richer colour or Clear for a lighter appearance.
Variations in texture and tone give the leaves individual character.
A warm metallic structure supports the layered plates.
Four round diameters and two linear lengths fit different room layouts.
The glass colour changes the fixture’s visual warmth.
Design & Materials
A layered surface in amber or clear
Each glass plate has a shaped, leaf-like surface that catches and refracts the light. Small differences between plates are characteristic of the forming process.
The round versions gather the glass around a central frame. Linear versions extend the same treatment along a dining table or island.
Dimensions
Plan the scale and hanging space
Check the selected configuration, the full suspended height and the clearance around the fixture before installation. Dimensions are approximate; suspension measurements are identified separately where available.

Lighting Character
Light shaped by the materials
The shaped glass creates layered reflections around the fixture. Amber adds a warmer tint to the light; Clear keeps the glass more visually neutral. Warm bulbs around 2700–3000 K can be chosen to complement the intended atmosphere.
Placement Inspiration
Choose the composition around your room
Use the fixture’s proportions and material finish to relate it to the space below, while allowing for the complete installed drop.
Choose round or linear proportions to follow the shape of the table.
Use a linear version where the fixture width and drop suit the worktop.
Allow space around the layered glass and verify the ceiling can support the selected weight.
Installation
Prepare the mounting and suspension
Use a qualified electrician for this heavy, hardwired fixture. The mounting bracket must be anchored to structural support independent of the plasterboard; the installation guide specifies support for at least twice the fixture weight. Fit the glass with care and follow the supplied assembly sequence.
Disconnect the power before installation, cleaning or bulb replacement. The installer must follow the supplied instructions and applicable local electrical requirements. Wall switches and dimmers are not included.
Care
Keep the finish looking its best
Switch off the light and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive products, chemical solvents and excess moisture. Support delicate shades and decorative elements while cleaning.

Dining Room Lighting
Common Questions
Choose a fitting that is proportional to the table rather than the whole room. A linear light suits a long rectangular table, while a round pendant or chandelier can balance a round table. Check the full width and diameter before ordering.
A common starting point is approximately 75–90 cm from the tabletop to the bottom of the fitting. Adjust the height for the room, fixture size and sightlines so diners can see one another comfortably without glare.
One larger fitting can create a clean focal point, while several smaller pendants can spread light along a longer table. Keep multiple pendants evenly spaced and aligned with the centre of the tabletop.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a welcoming atmosphere and complements food, timber and warm finishes. Keep the colour temperature consistent with nearby living or kitchen lighting in open-plan spaces.
Yes. Dimming allows brighter light for serving and cleaning, then softer light for relaxed meals and entertaining. Check that the fitting, driver, bulb and wall dimmer are all compatible.
Choose a shaded, diffused or downward-directed fitting and hang it so the light source is not directly in diners' eyelines. Frosted glass and diffusers can also soften the illumination across the table.
Yes. A qualified electrician should install hardwired fittings and confirm the ceiling support, electrical connections, earthing, suspension height and dimmer compatibility where applicable.
