What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy — you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. Find more information here.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Every product includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your item has a fault caused by the manufacturing process, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll help with a suitable solution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or changes made to the product after purchase. For full details, see our 1-Year Warranty page.
