Design & Materials
The details that give Weavora its character
The woven surface gives Weavora a lighter visual rhythm than a solid shade. Its curved body and bound lower rim create a recognisable silhouette above timber furniture, stone or pale exterior walls.
The shade uses PE rattan, a synthetic material with the appearance of wicker. The Coffee colour works with warm timber and planting without describing the fixture as natural rattan.

Choose the shade size, then plan the hanging clearance
The Medium shade measures 30.5 cm in diameter and 15.2 cm high; Large measures 40.6 cm in diameter and 22.9 cm high. The size chart shows a maximum 150 cm suspension above each shade. Consider the shade height separately when planning clearance below the fitting.

Lighting Character
Warm light with the texture of an open weave
Both sizes use the same warm 3000K lighting specification. The woven shade lets the material and light share the scene, bringing a relaxed character to covered dining and seating areas. Select the size to suit your space; these options do not offer different light temperatures.

Make a covered gathering space feel considered
The inspiration scenes show how woven texture works with timber beams, brick and greenery. Choose a roofed position that leaves room around the shade and keeps it clear of doors and circulation routes.

Outdoor Performance
IP65 protection for suitable exterior placement
Weavora carries an IP65 rating for protection against dust ingress and water jets. It is designed for semi-outdoor use, including patios, balconies and pergolas. Select a suitable hanging location and have the electrical connection protected for that installation.
Installation
Set the hanging position before fitting
Weavora requires a hardwired connection and operates on AC 110–240V. This listing is for the hanging pendant shown in the product images. Plan the ceiling connection, suspension and selected shade size together, allowing comfortable headroom and clearance around the woven body.
Have a suitably qualified electrician complete installation in accordance with local electrical requirements. Confirm the permitted replacement bulb and wattage before changing the light source, and check compatibility before adding dimming controls.
Care
Care for the finish and shade
Switch off power before cleaning. Lift surface dust from the weave with a soft cloth or gentle brush. Avoid abrasive tools and harsh chemical cleaners that could affect the PE rattan surface.

Heitz’s 1-year warranty policy provides 12 months of coverage from delivery for eligible manufacturing defects, subject to its installation scope and exclusions. Please confirm outdoor-installation coverage with support@heitz.shop before relying on that cover for this fitting.
For help with a fault, email your order number, a short description and clear photos or a video. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by the warranty.

Front Door & Porch Lights
Common Questions
Wall lights are ideal beside a front door or on a porch with limited ceiling height. A hanging pendant creates a stronger focal point beneath a covered porch with sufficient overhead clearance. Consider the available mounting point, door swing and walking space before choosing.
Choose a fitting that feels proportional to the door and surrounding wall. A compact lantern suits a narrow entrance, while a larger wall light or pendant can balance a wide doorway or taller porch. Check the full height, width and projection shown on each product page before ordering.
Porch wall lights are commonly positioned with the centre of the fitting around eye level, approximately 165–180 cm above the ground. For a pair, keep both lights at the same height. Your installer can adjust the position to suit the door, steps and proportions of the entrance.
The right IP rating depends on exposure. A fitting beneath a fully covered porch may require less protection than one mounted where wind-driven rain can reach it. Check the IP rating and outdoor-use guidance on the individual product page, and choose a higher level of protection for exposed entrances.
Warm white light, generally around 2700K–3000K, creates a soft and welcoming feel around a front door. Cooler light can appear brighter and more functional, but may feel less relaxed. Always confirm the colour-temperature option available for the selected fitting.
Yes. A motion-sensor light can illuminate the entrance automatically when someone approaches, making it easier to find keys and improving visibility for visitors. If you want the porch illuminated continuously in the evening, choose a non-sensor model or check whether the sensor settings can be adjusted.
Most hardwired wall and hanging porch lights should be installed by a qualified electrician. They can confirm that the wiring, mounting point, ceiling support where required, earthing and weatherproof seals are suitable for safe outdoor use.
